If you like wearing high-heels and have no problem with them, then that is great, as they help with posture and walking straight. But if you are a person that hates them and count the hours to take them off, then this piece will be a great help for you.
The common full-time shift is 8 hours a day, in which you have to be thinking, moving, and always giving your best. And most office jobs demand you to wear high-heels.

Today heels are not being used as much as before. A 21st Century trend is that feeling comfortable wins. Women are not only accepting their height but also wanting to avoid the pain in their feet.
So how can you wear heels 8 hours a day when you are no longer wearing them the rest of the day? If you are one of those women, we have 5 tips that will help you survive the day and get home without red feet.
Take sneakers to the office and change when you arrive there. It will save you the uncomfortable commute. The only con to this tip is carrying the heels and the sneakers everyday but at least your feet will feel better.

Whenever you are seated in your desk, take your heels off. No one will see them while you are seated so there is no need to wear them. Just have them in hand in case you need to stand up abruptly.

When shopping, try to find heels that are not too high. There are short or medium heels that are still heels, so they work!

Always have an extra pair of high-heels in your working place. You never know when they can break, moreover if you are not too good with them. Imagine causing a scene and not having what to wear, an extra pair is always handy.

Do not adjust the strip much, in case they have. It will help to avoid getting your feet red, having to use band aids or going to bed with pain.
